Los alumnos en KS2 aprenden español, enseñados por una profesora especialista de nuestro instituto local.

Pupils in Key Stage 2 learn Spanish, which is delivered by a specialist Spanish teacher from our local secondary school. We are very lucky that Senora Jones is able to teach our pupils Spanish every week. We also are beginning to develop links with a primary school in Bilbao.

Our Spanish curriculum follows the Kapow Teaching Scheme. This is designed to ensure that all learners:

• develop a genuine interest and positive curiosity about foreign languages, finding them enjoyable and stimulating. 
• explore relationships between language and identity, develop a deeper understanding of other cultures and the world around them with a better awareness of self, others and cultural differences.
• work towards becoming life-long language learners.
